Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after the order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $10.00 (Delivery within 2-3 business days from dispatch).
Shipment Tracking
- Once your package is shipped, a confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
- ARA Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address & Re-delivery
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user, re-delivery charges will apply.
